Lawn Cutting
All turf areas will be mowed on an average of every seven (7) days during the season from April 1 through October 31 growing season.
During rainy or extended dry periods, the frequency may change. In conjunction with each mowing, trimming shall be performed around all buildings, structures, and other obstacles within the turf area. Excess grass clippings will be raked or bagged as needed to maintain a neat appearance
Lawn Grading & Seeding
We can grade your new or existing property making your lawn perfectly level ensuring a smooth surface and eliminate water run off problems. We can also re-establish your lawn through seed, sod or hydroseed.

Spring/Fall Clean-Up
In the spring time we can rake and/or dethatch the lawn areas to remove winter kill and excess thatch from the lawn. We also pick up and dispose of trash, debris, sticks, left-over leaves, etc. from your lawn and planting beds around property.
In the fall we will remove excessive leaves and debris from lawn and other maintained areas around the property. Leaves and debris are either relocated to another part of the property or hauled away for disposal.
